SW Regional mini interpole: PWD Kumba crown king of Region.....by Jemea Teke Ndumbe

PWD Kumba is the new king of  the south west region as they beat Continental FA 3-0 at the Victoria sentinary stadium.

PWD Kumba (Meme Works) surprised many as they came into the play offs as underdogs but they set up the greatest upset of the season when they defeated LIFCA 1-0 on matchday 2 of the play offs.

Going into the final day LIFCA needed to win NQSA and hope Continental FA will do them some favour but things did not go as planned as a brace from striker Ebile Namse and Bertrand Nkah were enough to see Meme Works qualify for the national interpole.

It should be noted that both matches started at 3pm. This was to avoid match fixing and to maintain some level of transparency in the competition.

LIFCA on their part defeated NQSA 6-0 in the other game played at the middle farms stadium. A brace from Gwe Beckly, Clinton Kwe, Moki Franklin, Yan Essome and Tabi Ashu all scored one goal each.
