Yaounde Coron : Car leaves road to crush nearby shop... By Romeo Nkenyi


 Inhabitants of the Coron  neighborhood  in Yaounde woke up this Friday June 07,2019 morning  astonished by the genre of road accident that occurred in the night.

This after a vehicle said to be driven by an individual who is yet to be identified,  went off the road track, and hit a nearby tailoring workshop dubbed "Coin des voyageurs".

The car was heading to Ekounou from Mvog mbi.


 Following the incident, many sewing and marking machines have been damaged in the shop,  alongside some dresses that were at the  disposal of the shop owner.

"This accident occurred around 9pm, just when rain was threatening to fall, luckily that I closed my store to go home" the shop owner told RNNR reporter.

"Until now I can't really tell if the driver of this private vehicle was on speed or not.  We are all surprised that he was able to skip the gutters  and hit my store meslesley" the shop owner added.


"I will only wish that all what has been destroyed in my store be given back" She added.


 Investigations  are yet to begin to determine the exact cause of the accident and the sum of material damage.  Meantime no human life was recorded in the act .


This is the second accident of such nature happening along the street in the space of three months.  In the former case, a car missed track while bending the corner from Ekounou.

Fortunately, no one has died following the incidents.

Kagawa Mondi, the charismatic play maker: who is he?

Mondi Kagawa is a professional footballer with the Cameroon professional football  league.  He currently ply his trade with Public works department ( PWD) , a division one outfit from the North west regional capital of Cameroon. The batibo native from Momo division, has been with PWD since 2014.
