South West Regional League: day 7 Complete results ...by Jemea Teke Ndumbe


A total of 29 goals were scored in matchday 7 of the ongoing South West Regional football competition. Best Stars vs Little Foot registered the most goals with 7.

Best Stars academy ended their run of two straight defeats in all competitions by by winning Little foot 7-0.

Victoria United recorded their first victory in the  round as they beat Ajax FC of Tiko 5-1.

Continental FC won FUSSA 1-0 despite the fact that captain Bryan Kum was sent off after recieving two yellow cards in the game.

After sacking Enang Nzene, Buea United lost their first game of the season to Mount Cameroon FC of Buea.

Little foot of Tiko have the worst defensive record so far in the regional league as they have conceded close to 32 goals in all competitions.

Kagawa Mondi, the charismatic play maker: who is he?

Mondi Kagawa is a professional footballer with the Cameroon professional football  league.  He currently ply his trade with Public works department ( PWD) , a division one outfit from the North west regional capital of Cameroon. The batibo native from Momo division, has been with PWD since 2014. A year after he completed secondary school studies at Government technical high school Bamenda, obtaining a baccalaureate in wood work. With PWD,  Kagawa is counted amongst the armada of players that helped the team in 2018 to get promoted to top-tier league.
