Latest : CMR Gvt congratulates Joel Matip for winning European champions league... By Romeo Nkenyi


The government of the Republic of Cameroon has congratulated Liverpool defense man Joel Matip  for winning the European champions league lately against Tottenham Hotspur in Madrid.


 The is contained in a released signed by the minister of sports and physical education Prof. Narcis Kombi .

In the message,  the former Cameroon  international is hailed for his prowess as a footballer and above all his contribution in helping his club in emerging champions of the latest UEFA tittle.

Since 2014, Joel  Matip has vehemently denied playing for Cameroon national team,  the indomitable lions. This after the country was kicked out of the FIFA world cup at group stage in Brazil.

Ever since,  many have struggled convincing the international defender but to no avail .

The hope now is that,  after this letter Matip may reverse his decision.

Kagawa Mondi, the charismatic play maker: who is he?

Mondi Kagawa is a professional footballer with the Cameroon professional football  league.  He currently ply his trade with Public works department ( PWD) , a division one outfit from the North west regional capital of Cameroon. The batibo native from Momo division, has been with PWD since 2014. A year after he completed secondary school studies at Government technical high school Bamenda, obtaining a baccalaureate in wood work.
