Education : Groupe scolaire bilingue Jumiors graduates 4th batch after producing 100% results in common entrance ...by Romeo Nkenyi


 Nursery and primary school kids of the groupe scolaire bilingue Juniors situated in the Yaounde 4 sub division have this Saturday June 08,2019 gone on third term vacation.

The ceremony was presided at by the school founder Mme Egome Sophie.

The closure of the school year was marked by the graduation of some 39 pupils.  17 of them from class 6 while 22 from CM2.

The youngsters  leave the institution weeks after they achieved a brilliant 100% pass at the government common entrance and the concours  d'entrée en sixième.

They will be sitting for the first school leaving certificate and CEP ,Tuesday and Wednesday.

Saturday's event was also spiced with the graduation of 55 nursery II and grand section kids.  They will be in class one bilingual next year. From nursery to class one,  pure bilingual studies are carried out while from class two to 6, each child studies in either English or French but the wish of the staff is to render all classes purely bilingual in the years to come.

 During the event the children received end of course attestations meanwhile hard working ones were given special awards by the staff of the groupe scolaire bilingue Juniors.

For 4 years of existence,  the bilingual school has produced a litany of intelligent children,  who have stopped at nothing making the institution proud everywhere they go.

The competence base approach is a typical reality in the school  reason why kids have all the necessary equipments at their disposal to facilitate their education .

There is a well furnished music group in the school ,reason why the children upon graduating thrilled  the public with diverse  good musical genres.

Apart from music,  poems and sketches were also displayed by the graduants with some of them laying emphasis on the advantages of technology in the Cameroonian society today.

As the children go for holidays,  admition in to the school is said to have started, every working days from 8am to 3pm.
