 Life is becoming more and more expensive in Yaounde, so much that one is tempted to conclude that Yaounde is only for the rich people and not the poor.


Amongst the expensive food stuffs in the market is tomatoe fruits that is not only expensive, but also scarse.

 Four  tomatoe fruits is now sold for 200frs.Husbands who will want to eat good meals have to increase the food money they provide to their wives.

 Mrs Tala Mary  is a house wife. She says before now she use to came to the market with 5000frs and buy much food stuffs for her family, but now things have Changed.Because one takes 10,000frs to the market just to realize that it gets finish before you even think of the next item to buy.

Both the sellers and consumers are decrying the economic hardship.

Most people says the economic hardship, not only in Yaound,but in Cameroon as a whole  is as a result of the socioeconomic and political crisis that is on going in the Northwest and Southwest regions of  the country.

  As  it is offen said that when one part of the body is in pains,the whole body is bound to be sick,so is our fatherland Cameroon.

Kagawa Mondi, the charismatic play maker: who is he?

Mondi Kagawa is a professional footballer with the Cameroon professional football  league.  He currently ply his trade with Public works department ( PWD) , a division one outfit from the North west regional capital of Cameroon. The batibo native from Momo division, has been with PWD since 2014. A year after he completed secondary school studies at Government technical high school Bamenda, obtaining a baccalaureate in wood work.
