Sports judo, Dakar hosts 2019 cardet and junior African championship........ By Romeo Nkenyi

 Athletes to take part in this year's cardet and junior ,judo African championship are already in the Senegalese capital, Dakar.

 Competitors have been going through screening ahead of their various combat, ever since they arrived the West African country.

Cameroon is represented in the tournament in -66 kg by Alima Fouda. The judo sensation is accompanied at the judo bonanza by Japanese trainer, Yakou  Daiki.

He is sent by his country's judo cooperation.

The competition is expected to run from may, 02 to 05.

The junior/ cardet  judo  African championship comes just a week after that of the senior category that took place in Cape Town South Africa .

Kagawa Mondi, the charismatic play maker: who is he?

Mondi Kagawa is a professional footballer with the Cameroon professional football  league.  He currently ply his trade with Public works department ( PWD) , a division one outfit from the North west regional capital of Cameroon. The batibo native from Momo division, has been with PWD since 2014. A year after he completed secondary school studies at Government technical high school Bamenda, obtaining a baccalaureate in wood work. With PWD,  Kagawa is counted amongst the armada of players that helped the team in 2018 to get promoted to top-tier league.
