Southwest : PM Dion preaches peace gospel, pin hopes on dialogue Like in NWR.... By Jemea Teke Ndumbe

prime minister Dr. Joseph Dion Ngute has been touring the North West and South West regions of Cameroon in a Crusade for peace to return in the two parts of the country.
After Bamenda in the Northwest, He arrived the South West regional capital , Buea. He has been acompanied by the military and some top government officials.

The PM was received by the governor, senior divisional officer for Fako,chiefs and other distinguished personalities.
The women came out in their numbers,dressed in black, calling for the end of the crisis and the return of peace in the two regions.
Talking to the population, Mr Dion Ngute told them that the head of state has heard the cry of the people, and that the much awaited inclusive dialogue will soon be a reality as things will soon return to normalcy in the two English speaking regions.

The head of government has urged the traditional rulers to continue preaching peace to their subjects.
The state man has also called on students and lecturers of the University of Buea ,to remain calm and focus in their studies .
Lecturers and students have in passed months been , placed under fear . Lately some of them were kidnapped like it is the case with a 20 year old student still in captivity .
Cameroonians of the affected regions have continued questioning the PM's step towards the reestablishment of peace in the two regions,. This is because many have lost love ones in this crisis that has been ongoing since 2016.
