Premier league :African strikers dominate goal rankings...by Jemea Teke Ndumbe


For the first time in premier league history three African players in the likes of  Mohammed Salah,Sadio Mane and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang have finished top scorers of the english top tier league.

The Egyptian , Mohammed Salah has scored a total of 22 goals for liverpool in 3256 minutes of premier league games.

 The play maker has  recorded 148 minutes per goal with 8 assist. It should be noted that salah is winner of the golden boot for the second season as The first Egyptian to reach this level.

The Senegalesse, Sadio Mane also joins team mate Mohammed salah with 22 goals this season for liverpool in 3085 minutes, 140minutes per goal and 1 assist. This is Mane's best scoring season in his carreer.

Gabonesse goal poacher Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang completes the list of top scorers in the premier league this season.

 He has scored 22 goals for Arsenal in the championship  in 2731 minutes, 5 assist and 124 minutes per goal.

  Aubameyang has taken lesser minutes in scoring 22 goal for Arsenal than Mane and Salah.he  has 20+ goals in the last five seasons including the present season.

Football fans in senegal and egypt are hoping to see Salah and Mane showcase their present talent in the up coming AFCON in egypt, that will begin on june 21, 2019.

Kagawa Mondi, the charismatic play maker: who is he?

Mondi Kagawa is a professional footballer with the Cameroon professional football  league.  He currently ply his trade with Public works department ( PWD) , a division one outfit from the North west regional capital of Cameroon. The batibo native from Momo division, has been with PWD since 2014. A year after he completed secondary school studies at Government technical high school Bamenda, obtaining a baccalaureate in wood work.
