OBALA: Inter-tribal friction uprise

An obola denizen whose identities are still to be made known,  of Muslim back ground has been killed by some natives of the locality.

Report says, his death this Thursday, April  25-04-2019 sterms from the fact that the victim was disputing a woman with an indigene of the area.

The death of the young man has brought about Public riots in Obala, lekie division  of centre region,  Cameroon.

Many were reportedly wounded following the Saga but the situation is currently under control after security forces stormed the vicinity.

The barbaric act has left many tongues wag on weather national unity and cohesion as it  is often preached in almost all speeches by government  officers is really a living reality in the country.

Kagawa Mondi, the charismatic play maker: who is he?

Mondi Kagawa is a professional footballer with the Cameroon professional football  league.  He currently ply his trade with Public works department ( PWD) , a division one outfit from the North west regional capital of Cameroon. The batibo native from Momo division, has been with PWD since 2014. A year after he completed secondary school studies at Government technical high school Bamenda, obtaining a baccalaureate in wood work. With PWD,  Kagawa is counted amongst the armada of players that helped the team in 2018 to get promoted to top-tier league.
