Cameroon against Human Rights.
THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY HAS BEEN ASKED TO TAKE ACTION TO RESTORE DEMOCRACY AND HUMAN RIGHTS UNDER THE RULE OF LAW IN CAMEROON .
Law makers for global action have welcomed the adoptation of European paliament resolutions in Cameroon and call for the release of the leader of the Cameroon reneasance movement ,Pr Maurice kamto.
The paliamentarians have also called on the African union , united nations, and other partners, to pressurize the government of Cameroon to refrain from interfering with the independence of judges and percecutors for the purpose of eliminating their political opponents .
They have urge the current regime of the Republic of Cameroon ,to open dialogue with oposition as well as the minority groups in the territory .
As immediate response, to the numerous calls from abroad, lately Cameroon's parliament debunk allegations against the later. In different outings, the Senate and national assembly chairpersons said Cameroon is a sovereign state and can take care of her internal troubles. Meantime the government of the Cameroon has also invited the European Union parliament to visit the country to get the facts and figures of the state of affairs.
For his part, president Paul Biya has enjoined Cameroonians to preserve peace and national unity and shun any gathering or ideology that can lead to the destabilisation of the country . This message is reiterated in his two twits of the just ending week.
