Incase you don't know, married people don't  have sex everyday. Too much of it is tiring & boring. Sometimes sex in marriage is performed as a duty to your spouse. Stop killing yourself about this sex issue. There is more to a relationship than sex.

Your primary activity while dating, in courtship or married should be '#TALKING'. Talk about anything & everything. Gossip. Look for things of interest to talk about. Educate yourselves in wise discussions (ie husband/wife, girlfriend/boyfriend). Talk about your past (important issues) and most importantly abour your future. Plan together.

#FRIENDSHIP is the solid foundation for any relationship and marriage to grow. Yes, sex is a great way to show affection but it sure is not the ONLY way. Explore other ways of making your partner feel special. Help your spouse realise and fulfill his/her dreams.

Not all relationships will eventually lead to marriage. Break-ups are more difficult and painful when the couple have been involved sexually. I guess that explains why some people are still hating on their Ex.

#TRUST is a key ingredient for happiness in marriage. Sex is not just a physical act, it is a sacred and spiritual act as well. Spiritual transactions occur when two people have sex. Save it for that special someone.

What you #FEED your mind on controls your life. Don't  start what you cannot finish. Something dies inside of you whenever you commit or sponsor an abortion. The guilt alone is too much a burden to bear (therefore avoid sex before marriage & flee abortion).

Control your sexual life. At times, just play with your partner, take them out and have fun...not sex all the time. Yes, SEX is necessary in Marriage. But too much of a thing becomes boring, kills love & even depreciate a couple especially continuous sex without taking a healthy diet to replenish. Finally, if you can't  control your sex life, you might be tempted to cheat on your spouse the moment they can't satisfy you because of some reason. Be patient. Look for ways to enjoy your spouse in the act. Everyone has different ways of making love. Enjoy that of your spouse. There are more beautiful things to explore in life than SEX. Are humans dogs?

Kagawa Mondi, the charismatic play maker: who is he?

Mondi Kagawa is a professional footballer with the Cameroon professional football  league.  He currently ply his trade with Public works department ( PWD) , a division one outfit from the North west regional capital of Cameroon. The batibo native from Momo division, has been with PWD since 2014. A year after he completed secondary school studies at Government technical high school Bamenda, obtaining a baccalaureate in wood work. With PWD,  Kagawa is counted amongst the armada of players that helped the team in 2018 to get promoted to top-tier league.
